We hired Chris to rebuild a wooden frame structure underneath a bay window (external) that had rotted away. It was a detailed job that required precision. Chris is an amazing carpenter! He’s also extremely reliable, prompt, polite and professional. Everything was on time, on quote, and the window looks fabulous. It was a pleasure working with you Chris! Chris and his team designed and built a 17’x12’ deck for our backyard, including stairs and glass panels. It looks fabulous! The construction involved removing the old concrete deck supports and pouring new concrete piers. Chris ensured the new deck was extremely well supported and made from the highest quality materials. All debris was removed and the yard was spotless! Chris is an amazing carpenter! He’s also extremely reliable, prompt, polite and professional. Everything was on time and on budget. We met Chris at Maritime Construction last fall. We asked him to quote removal of our existing deck and build a new 18 ft. by 16 ft. cedar deck. We discussed with Chris, what we wanted to do and asked for his inputs. Chris gave us several good suggestions. We then signed a contract and the project was scheduled to start early November. The project started on time even though the weather was not great. As the project progressed, Chris worked with us when we wanted to make a few changes. The project was finished by mid -December. We highly recommend Maritime Construction as they have a great work ethic and take pride in their work.

Very good work done in late fall to repair my deck. Good communication and friendly manner. It would have been nice to get it stained too. If it was too late in year for that. Very satisfied overall,

Shed: They replaced our shed roof, rotted fascia and other rotted boards. Installed new door. DECK: They removed old, worn deck boards, railing components, and boards along stairs and installed new wood. They installed joist hangers to floor joists to properly secure structure. Cost includes materials, labour, HST.
